OUTIM Dobara a sequel to the 2010 movie, starts from where the previous one ends. Shoaib Khan (who was once Imran Hashmi in OUATIM and now it’s Akki), becomes the new don of Mumbai after assassinating his mentor Sultan Mirza (Ajay Devgan). He is a charismatic womaniser whose criminal empire has spread over Mumbai.
