Chennai Express; Ready Steady…

Disclaimer : SRK fans are going to watch it anyway. Kindly Refrain yourself from reading this review because this might just be a bit of an offence to you.
I have never been intrigued by Rohit Shetty’s humor.  I liked Golmaal , the first one obviously but even then he managed to bring smiles in his movies at some point or the other. He falls flat on the face this time. Instead of bringing smiles or laughs you just frown in sadness at the deteriorated humour level.
Coming to the point, I went into the movie with no expectations (READ : ZERO) and I thought to myself I  might just enjoy it for that reason. It proved me right for the initial 15 minutes were the premise actually made it look okay. But then , To call actors singing songs to convey messages and other goons just watching them, sometimes even joining them is OK for a couple of seconds, but over doing it and doing it again later just irritates.
